What Causes Delayed Period And Insomnia?

hey .. my period is nearly 3 weeks late , ive been getting abdomal cramping the past couple of days , my breasts have gone from bee stings to basketballs & hurt like hell .. i've awful insomnia lately & been using the bathroom nearly 3 times more than usual . i've been really emotional the past week . im too scared to take a pregnancy test as im only 20 . can u help me ? ..
