What Causes Delayed Period And Movement In Stomach While UPT Is Negative?

I have Poly cystic ovarian syndrome. However, i had a daughter in December. I have not had a period since April and was not concerned until about a week ago when I started feeling movement in my stomach. All urine tests are negative. I have no insurance so I went to the med stop and clinics and no one will give me a blood test or ultrasound. What can I do?
