What Causes Delayed Period And Negative HPT While On Thyronorm?

My last lmp was jan 19 2014 .after my delivery on October 19 after 40 days I had amy pregnancy test done but it showed negative.doctor prescribed regestrone 5mg tablet.i am a thyroid patient taking thyronorm 150 mg.lactating also but still now I did not getmy periods.should I take one more test again
