What Causes Delayed Period And Negative UPT While On Medication For PCOD?

Hi, I am 28 yrs old i am trying to get pregnant. I have PCOD, I am taking clomid & metformin to get pregnant. This is my second cyle with clomid, my last period was on 18 january. i am missed my period,today I did home pregnancy test it was neg on my 45 day. I don t wether I am pregnant? Please help me with these.
