What Causes Delayed Period And Stomach Bloating While On Nexplanon?

I have been on Nexplanon for about 6 months now. It regulated my period for a while, but now I haven t had a period in maybe 2-3 months(I know that s normal with this form of bc) but now I m really bloated, and feel weird movements in my stomach. Could I be pregnant, or is it possibly just the hormones mocking a pregnancy, which I know this bc can do. I mean is it normal to feel pregnancy like symptoms this late into having the bc? The bloating and slight stomach pains and movements is what worries me most!
