What Causes Delayed Period And Vaginal/abdominal Pain?

Hi, I was sterilized 3 years ago and for 2 months I have been having shooting pains in my vagina and pelvis and lower abdominal pain and bloating I have iam also a week late for my period any help or advice would be great. Thank you very much Kelly nix
