What Causes Delayed Period, Dizziness And Tenderness In Breast?

hi im 7days late on my period and my breasts are really tender and my nipples are sore i have been having on and off mild cramps and slightly constipated and using the bathroom alot ive also been goin really dizzy when i stand. ive never missed a period. my last period was 23rd of october and ive been having unprotected sex as iam planning to get pregnant. please help.
