What Causes Delayed Period, Headaches And Backaches While HPT Is Negative?

i had my period on dec 1st 2014 had intercourse on the 6th of dec took plan b right after and have not started my period this month of january i recently started experiencing throwing up headaches and backaches.i took 2 pregnancy test and they both came out negative what does this mean?
