What Causes Delayed Period, Lower Back And Heartbeat In Stomach?

Good day doctors, I just want to ask what's wrong with my tummy. It's been 3 months now since my last period and I'm 25 years old. I have a boyfriend so we do that thing. I feel some sudden pain in my lower back as well around my abdomen. I also felt some heartbeat in my tummy.
