What Causes Delayed Period, Palpitation And Sternum Pain?

i am female, 39 years w headache, left arm neck pain (inner), heart palpitation, sternum pain on stretching or moving, right arm pain, normal blood pressure, rt shoulder pain, sometimes nausea (in morning, especially), have not seen my period in months (not unusual, history since teenager).... what could this be, please jay
