What Causes Delayed Period Post Septoplasty Surgery?

Doctor, I Had my last menstrual period on feb 3rd . Mine is a 30 days cycle, and I was expecting the same on march 3rd. But I dint get as expected. Hence, we had sexual intercourse on 4th march. I was also taking medications for cold. And on 5th march, I underwent septoplasty surgery for DNS. continuing medications post surgery till date. Still i Have not got my periods. Is there any chance of pregnancy? If yes, is it recommended to continue pregnancy as I have been on high medications and injections pertaining to the surgery. Will the baby be just fine. Or is my missing period just because of the medications. Am confused. Please help me. Please let me know if you need the details of medicines I take now.
