What Causes Delayed Period, Stomach Bloating And Ear/jaw Pain?

Hi, I think I conceived on 7th Aug and im 30 days in my cycle which was every 28 days while i was on pill. But I feel like im about to get my period but havent. Im also getting some jaw and ear pain in sleep and food cravings. My stomach cramps are fairly constant now 2 days. I did a test 1 week ago which I know was too early. My stomach is bloated, dont know what to do
