What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

I m 26 year old girl. My last period date is 3 feb 2015. My marriage was held on 10 feb 2015. After marriage my periods was not come. My husband use condoms. I also use pregnancy kit but the result was negative. My periods was late about 13 days what to do.. suggest me
