What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

hi.. this is Priya.. i had my last period(first day) on 27th Dec 2010. After that I haven't got my periods. I did a Home Pregnancy Test twice and one in a hospital lab.. all three confirmed negative results. But my cycle is a very regular one of 27/28 days. Am I pregnant or is there any other problem with me?
