What Causes Delayed Period While UPT And Sonography Is Negative?

hi! i missed my periods by 12 days n i hd pregnency test done on 5th day it says negative. i did sonography on 10th day it says negative n nw still i hv nt gt my periods. doc hs suggested naturogest 300 .stl my doc says its nt confirm . i m in confuse state of mind pls help.........
