What Causes Delayed Period While Having Bacterial Vaginosis?

My cycle is usually 28 to 30 days. This month I am on CD37, still no menstrual cycle, and had 2 negative home tests. I am confused as to what could be going on. I have not been stressed and have been relaxing and not focusing on conceiving this month. I have not been sick. I have had a slight case of Bacterial Vaginosis, but my nurse said that BV should not cause any delays in a cycle normally. I also am not having any symptoms, no cramps, no implantation bleeding...absolutely nothing.
