What Causes Delayed Period While Having Jaundice?

i am suffering from jaundice for last 45 days. my highest bilirubin was 14. now my bilirubin level is 3. but my period is delayed for 10 days. i am very much worried. last month i had very little menstruation at the initial days of my jaundice. what is the cause of this delay in perioud? what can be done?
