What Causes Delayed Period While On Cerazette?

I have been taking cerazette for 4 months now with no bleeding at all while on the pill. I missed a pill two days ago and have experienced bleeding today with painful cramps and I am not sure if this is normal as I haven't had a period at all whilst on this pill. I last had sexual intercourse 2 days ago.
