What Causes Delayed Period While Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

i did'nt got my periods from last month.i did my blood test to check if i am not pregnant,and blood report was negative..i'm not pregnant then y my periods r missed i have my first baby he is 7 months old and i am not nursing from last 4 months...plz reply
