What Causes Delayed Periods After A Polyp Surgery?

Hello, i had a polyp surgery done in dec after the surgery i was still having pains in the middle and at the bottom of my stomach. Now since this surgery ive had two menstral periods but not one this month. should i concern about this and yes i had my tubes tied almost six years. I have been using condoms and they have never broken or came off
