What Causes Delayed Periods After Having Protected Sex?

Hi, my new fiance and I have decided to have intercourse. We have been for a month now, and used a condom everytime. But now i have noticed my period is late, and I have started to worry. I havent had any other symptoms though. Am I just paranoid? Or could I be pregnant?
