What Causes Delayed Periods After Stopping Use Of Nuva Ring?

I stopped using the Nuva Ring on April 17, 2011 and started a period on April 21, 2011. I have not yet had another period. I have taken 2 at-home pregnancy tests and both have come back negative. I have had cramping for the last week or so, but no period. What should I do?
