What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Duphaston?

hello to all the members here i want to ask when will be come my menstration after i take duphaston tablets 10mg i take 2x a day and thats is only for 5days coz only 10 tablets i am irregular and now i am delayed for 2months and i observe that if i gain weight my period will not come,what should i do?please reply thank u
