What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Flucolozane?

I took 200mg Flucolozane a day for 30 days for a test run to see if the lump in my hand is a fungal infection. I also take Tirosint(hypothyroidism), Vyvanse (ADHD), Biotin, and Melatonin (to sleep). My cycle is usually 25 days and I am on day 31. I have had light cramping, small amount of discharge, and regular pms symptoms. I had sex around my ovulation time but we used a condom. I am not on birth control. Am I pregnant or is it from the medicine?
