What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating While On Levothyroxine?

Hi, my name is Cindy I have been taking Levothyroxin and I notices some difference if my body that really concerns me. One is that my period is way late. I started Feb. 28. March came and went and now it is April. I think I might have conceived March 15 but waited till the last two weeks to take a pregnancy test but it came back negative. I have also been experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Like, bloating, Urinating a lot, Very gassy, cramping in the abdominals but no sign of period, little bit of clear discharge, and having a dull pain on right side of my stomach all night. also I feel very hungery all the time. My boobs tend to have a throbbing pain one in a while. Can anyone give me an idea if I pregnant?
