What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Black Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I m did my follicular study reports shows everything fine but this month 4 days delayed period tat is black bleeding for 4days after I did scan report I m not pregnant this time my quet why it happens next wat I want to do please please suggest me n help me
