What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Bloating And Lower Back Pain?

In need of advice if possible please, not had a period since November, had a one day bleed end of December . Tests came in negative but am really bloated and nauseous achey lower back and a few abdominal cramps. Doctor told me it's my age?? I'm 30 Thanks xxx
