What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Clear Vaginal Discharge?

I have missed almost two periods now. It has been almost 60 days since the ending of my last period. I missed taking my birth control after my last period. I have never missed periods like this before. We always use a condom and in addition to that use the pull out method I have taken 7 hpt and all have come back negative. other than missing my period and vaginal discharge I have no other obvious symptoms. I also have a pulsing in my stomach that can cause some discomfort. Could I be pregnant still? Please help?
