What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Fluttering In Abdomen?

Hi I have 1 child already shes 3 in may after her i got and infection wotch made me verry ill this caused alot of scaring around my womb and tubes i recently (2years later after pushing to listned to ) had an operation woth they told me they had removed all scaring i should have no issues conceving I have been trying for 8 months but no pregnancy This time i was 3 days late onmy period But did come on was light for 2 days then 2 days heavy (with alot of clots ) more than ive noticed before this week i have felt nautios and flutters in the left lower part of my tummy also i feel it just abouve my right tube every so often could it be im pregnant or could it be nothing my period ended 15th march my last cycle lasted. 31 days its normaly 28
