What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea While In Nexplanon Implant?

Hi i have been on nexplanone implant for nearly 2 years and have always had a regular cycle i am over 3 weeks late and have been getting nausea feeling tired and general aching and headaches is it normal to show side effects this late in i have done a hpt but that showed negative just getting a bit worried noe
