What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea?

I have had the implanon for 3 years, had it removed 1.5 years ago.. Currently my Period is 5 days late, I never missed one before, nauceous, crampy sensation, vomiting, and chills. I am wondering If it s just food poisoning... I only ate a salad today. Also, trying to concieve.
