What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Pain In Lower Stomach?

Hi I'm 4 days late with my peroid, I have light pain on my right low stomach and pain on my left thigh, I wee much more and feel movement in my stomach I tested 4 times using different pregnancy test brands and tested Negative can u please tell me what could b wrong with me..thanx
