What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Pregnancy Symptoms?

I believe I'm pregnant. I've had every symptom of pregnancy for the last 7 months including growing belly except for the spotting I've been having every month. I've taken a urine PT or blood PT and both been negative. As of now I feel like I'm going crazy because I've felt fetal movement such as kicking in my lower stomach and fish like movement if I push where I have pressure and it moves to the other side. I dont have ins and no doctor will do an u/s without a positive test. I'm afraid I may have a cryptic pregnancy and since i do believe i am truly pregnant so I've still taken precautions. My question is how can I get the help needed for this?
