What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Abdominal Cramps?

hello my period was late, i did 2 pregnancy tests and got very light positive results and then after 5 days of delay from the normal cycle i got my period with severe pain and cramps what does this mean? Am i pregnant? Plz help me understand what happened.
