What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sharp Pain In Abdomen?

I had a daughter on nov 24/2013. Then 6 weeks I got my period. Since I didn't want go to get pregnant again I decided to get a IUD thinking if I get this done I wouldn't get pregnant. So I didn't get a period for a while thinking that the IUD was working. I didn't even think of it. By late July early August/2014 I was told to get a pregnancy test done. It was positive. I was thinking I can't be pregnant cause I just got the IUD done. So I went to the hospital to get a ultrasound done & to see if the IUD was there. They said that the IUD fell out & I was almost 4 month pregnant. I concieved sometime in April/2014. So sine it was too close in getting pregnant again when I just had a baby I was shipped to Edmonton in finding out that I had a placenta previa & needed to get an abortion. So I got the procedure done on August 21/2014, 25 days later (sept 15) I got my period. Since I got the abortion I went right on birth control. I got my period 29 days later (October 14), then I stopped birth control on October 29/2014. 19 days later I go my period again (nov 24), then 22 days later I had my period again (dec 23). I'm not supposed to get my period again till jan 22/2015. I was tracking my period & when I ovulate. I got a positive ovulation test on jan 7, but it was hard to tell. Then I ended up getting a positive ovulation test on jan 8 @ 2:30pm & both lines were the same colour. About an hour later I was really hot & an hour after that I got this really sharp pain like it felt like a knife digging into the right side of my ovaries. Being hot & the sharp pain lasted 4 hours. Then I got a positive ovulation test both lines were the same colour. I didn't even get a mucas plug yet. I still had a positive ovulation test until jan 11 @ 3am. The test line on jan 11 @ 2:30pm was not visable. I'm just wondering what's happening to me & what's going on. Can you help me OR give me an answer????
