What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sore Breasts And Headaches?

Hi doctor. I'm Paula and a virgin but my hymen has been broken by me using tampon and me and my boyfriend were playing around in bed and he ejaculated around my virgina opening. I think some of his sperm might have gotten in me. So I took pistinor2 as directed by the instruction in about 43 hrs. It's been 12 days now but I haven't had any spotting though my breast feels tender and I get headaches. I want to know if the pills will work because I haven't spotted yet and if its normal. And does every woman experience spotting? Please help me. I'm very worried.
