What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting And Cramps?

Period was due yesterday, had spottings, and cramps. Today also saw light spottings, cramps but not severe, had pad on with no blood stains atall. Had sex on day before ovulation, was on clomid, and had 2 days of doses with baby asprin. Am I pregnant?
