What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Weight Loss And Abdominal Cramps?

50 days late on my menstral, one negative test, spotted near the time of my expected period for three days one day didnt spot then the next day i spotted again.. medium spotting. Cramping.. losing weight, more hungry and my tummy is firm. Help ??!!?
