What Causes Delayed Periods Along With White Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, My periods are late by 6 days. I am having white thick discharge, though it was just twice in the week. I have a history with PCOD but my periods have been regular from last 7-8 months since I went a medication for around 3 months. In the last month, I had unprotected anal sex too. What could be these symptoms about? I am really worried. Should I get a pregnancy test?
