What Causes Delayed Periods Along With White Vaginal Discharge?

hi? I have not yet get my period and the date has also passed by. I have light pain which I don t understand for one week now. I also feel like vomiting yet nothing comes out only salver. I have as well dischargs whish is white in colour. I checked my pregnancy test but was negative. but my left abdominal side is still paining as light crapps. what am I suffering from?
