What Causes Delayed Periods And Abdominal Cramping While On Duphaston?

i have diagonised with pocs, i have taken letrozole from day 2 to 6 of my cycle and ovaluted on 14 day.had sex 13th, 14th and 15 th day. was on dupashton twice a day for 20 days from 14th day of my cycle. my period should start one 9th but still 3 days delay,i have abdominal pain or cramping for 7 days. i have 3 more days to complete duphaston. i have today done urine pregnancy test but negative.is there any chance i'm pregnant.
