What Causes Delayed Periods And Bloating In Lower Abdomen?

I am 41yrs old, i had my last period in Dec and after that i believed i got UTI so i consulted a doctor and got antibiotics for 5 days. UTI seemed to have cleared but I still havent got my periods and have mild cramps and sometimes feeling of bloating in lower abdomen.. plus foul smell in urine. I have continued to drink cranberry juice and water. what can it be?
