What Causes Delayed Periods And Having Endometriosis?

Hi, my period is delay about 11 days but still missing period i have done a pergnancy test 3 times it was negative, i am 36 years, i done laprascopy 2 months ago for removing cyst, and i have endromedrises, please i want to know if i am pregnant or not?
