What Causes Delayed Periods And Stomach Pain After Having Implanon?

I had the implant fitted last september (implanon) and have had no problems withit at all. Occasionally I can feel it if I lay on that arm but other than that I do not notice it is there. I have had no periods since having it fitted however recently I have had quite a lot of discharge (creamy brown) with bloating and lower stomach pains particularly to one side. I have also been feeling nauseous and overly tired and emotional. I have taken a Pregnancy test which is negative, is it likely that the test is wrong? Also I have noticed that th implant is alot deeper on one side and protudes on the other, is this normal?
