What Causes Delayed Periods And Swollen And Tender Breast?

hi im a 23yr old girl and the last time i had sex with my boyfriend was 22april .i had my period on time on 12th may but with very swollen breast than usual, my latest period was suppossed to be 8th june but ive missed it and my breast are really tender and swollen. could i be pregnant?
