What Causes Delayed Periods, Cramps And HPT Negative?

Hi, mhi there i am 22 and currently 13 days late for my period i have been getting mild cramps for several days now which isnt normal for me period usually follows a day after cramps. i done a couple of pregnancy tests a few days ago but they were both negative can u please help?ay I answer your health queries right now ?
