What Causes Delayed Periods In Spite Of Taking Misoprostol?

my wife is 20 year old we do not want pregnancy this time, she had missed her period this time we have check pregnancy test it is positive till today it is only of one month I m very much sure. Three days back I gave to her misoprostol 200 mg 4 tab. but not got her period next day again 4 tabs of misoprostol 200 mg finaly last day i gave her MT Pill but not get her period please suggest me whats wrongs with her.
