What Causes Delayed Periods Inspite Of Taking Deviry?

Hi Doc, I am 23. I usually have a 32 day cycle and every year they do come after 45 days once or twice. The same happened this year and then it got normal. I got my periods on 1st Feb and the 1st March. But i didnt get them in April. Around the 27th of this month i vivited a gynaec and she gave me deviry 10 mg. twice a day for 5 days. the course is over now. When should i be getting my chums? Pregnancy is not the case here. I gym regularly and eat healthy too. I am overweight but have lost weight in the past months with my working out.
