What Causes Delayed Periods Inspite Of Taking Duphaston?

Hi doc, i m 29 years old and had missed my period and consulted a doctor. doc advised me to take duphaston 10 mg for 5 days. now it has been 4 days that i hv stopped using the tablets but there is no sign of periods. should i continue to use this tablet or i should wait for sometime.
