What Causes Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex?

Hi. maam we are newly married couple and my wife use to have period on 14th and we have un safe sex on 29th of last month just 2 time now she is facing problem that she always have period before date this time this dose't happen. is this case of pregnancy please suggest the good way to stop pregnancy because we are not ready for baby
